Trustpilot Suspends BingCard's Rating After Purging Fake Reviews — What's Left Behind Isn't Pretty

Trustpilot has stopped vouching for BingCard. A notice sitting at the top of the crypto debit-card company's Trustpilot page says its overall rating is "unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines," and a second panel discloses that the platform has already "removed a number of fake reviews for this company." Trustpilot won't say how many were pulled, whether they skewed the score up or down, or whether anything still standing is itself under review.

What's left standing isn't flattering. Of the 52 reviews currently on BingCard's profile, 45 sit at one star — the floor of Trustpilot's scale. Four are five stars, and single reviews land at two, three and four. Spread across March through July 2026, they describe the same few problems on repeat.

Top of the list: money that goes in and doesn't come back out. A reviewer named Jammy described depositing $30 for a virtual crypto debit card on July 19, then hitting a wall trying to withdraw it — a subsequent attempt to convert the balance to USDT, they wrote, "has been stuck on processing for several hours and no response from support," adding a threat to report the company to regulators. Reviewer B. Arnault told a near-identical story on May 22: a declined card, a withdrawal request, then a balance stuck permanently on "processing" with, in their words, "no real progress."

Several reviewers say the pattern is the same once support gets involved: it stops responding. "They are not responding to the withdrawal problems, and I can not get my money back and I have screenshots from everything," wrote reviewer Amirhossein Amiri on July 14. Reviewer padro described a five-week wait for a 1.32 XMR deposit that never showed up, with a support agent who kept promising to escalate it and never following through — "borderline fraud," in padro's own words, posted June 23.

Fees are the other recurring complaint. "This is definitely SCAM service! The fee is very high and they never return money especially when you want to exchange between different currencies," reviewer Casey Dart wrote on June 29. Reviewer Abdo Zentani did the math on April 27: a 16.3 USDT transfer arrived as 14.7 after fees, and a second attempt left the account holding $0.25 — "completely gone," they wrote, describing hidden charges deducted "with no prior notice."

Some reviewers don't bother with the softer language. "ITs Fake Company!!! they will never return your money! and they will never answer after first deposit," wrote Mansoor Qurishi. Reviewer TA Hoya's review is simply titled "SCAM ALERT." Alberto Conigli, a self-described two-month user, wrote on April 24 that a final USDT deposit was never credited and that BingCard "decided to kept (stole) my money." A reviewer named Andy left three words in March: "they stole my money."

BingCard has not replied to a single one of the reviews quoted here, has said nothing publicly about Trustpilot's fake-review finding, and did not answer a request for comment sent to the contact address on its own Trustpilot listing. The company's homepage, meanwhile, still advertises virtual and physical cards with "No Photo ID Needed," "No Verified Proof of Address Needed" and "No Credit Checks" — an onboarding process built for speed, for whichever direction of the transaction turns out to be the easy one.

Trustpilot is explicit that it doesn't verify individual reviews, and its fake-review finding cuts in a direction it hasn't disclosed — so the real picture at BingCard could be somewhat better, or somewhat worse, than 52 public reviews suggest. What isn't in doubt is that the platform meant to reassure shoppers has, for now, declined to.
